Information may be used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange services, maintain customer records and meet legal or business administration requirements.

Sharing information

Website enquiries are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our current enquiries mailbox, info@hpmcompliance.co.uk. FormSubmit provides spam checks, including reCAPTCHA, as part of submission. Please do not include sensitive information in this form.

Personal information is only shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website or deliver the requested service, or where required by law. HPM Compliance does not sell personal information.

Client portal

The secure customer portal uses account details to authenticate invited users and display the customer, site, job and document records they are permitted to access. Customer-visible reports, certificates, photographs, schematics and other job files are held in private storage and are made available only through authorised access.

Portal information is used to provide the service, maintain security, support customers and keep an appropriate record of completed work. Access is restricted according to the customer organisation and the user's permissions.

Data retention and rights

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal obligations. Individuals may request access, correction or deletion where the law provides those rights.
